1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an Account on bef365, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

bef365 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of your Account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on bef365. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances held therein.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. bef365 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your Account on your behalf.
• Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility.
• You must notify bef365 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• bef365 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

bef365 may, at its sole discretion, temporarily lock or suspend an Account if unusual activity is detected, pending confirmation of Account ownership by the registered Player.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bef365 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at bef365's discretion.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation under normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawals for fully verified Accounts are processed within 10 minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

• Funds deposited to bef365 may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the same name as the bef365 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

bef365 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, bef365 may freeze the relevant Account pending investigation and, where required, report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bef365 offers various promotional bonuses to registered Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, Eid, and Victory Day (December 16). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, or coordinated play designed to defraud the Platform or other Players.
• Exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or technical vulnerability on the Platform for financial gain.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to deposit or wager on the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory or using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bef365 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on bef365 — including but not limited to the Platform's design, logo, graphics, text, software code, game assets, and data — is the intellectual property of bef365 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the Platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use the bef365 name, logo, or brand assets in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any third-party website or application.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bef365 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform for any reason, including scheduled maintenance.

• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or data where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Any error, inaccuracy, or omission in game results, odds, statistics, or other data displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bef365's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
